Standard mediations are available in half-day or full-day sessions.
Half-day sessions consist of up to four hours in session, and the fee includes review and preparation time. Additional time is billed at $600 per hour.
Full-day sessions consist of up to eight hours in session, and the fee includes review and preparation time. Additional time is billed at $600 per hour.
Half-Day Mediation: $1,200 Per Party
Full-Day Mediation: $2,400 Per Party
All mediations will be conducted via Zoom unless an in-person session is requested. Parties will need to provide the facility for in-person sessions, and travel will be billed at $250 per hour.
