Confidentiality

All mediation sessions are strictly confidential. No information disclosed during mediation will be shared with outside parties, except as required by law.

Cancellation

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy—A cancellation or rescheduling fee will be charged if such occurs within seven (7) calendar days of the original scheduled date for the session. Any such fee will be equal to one party's mediation fee to be paid by the party cancelling/rescheduling. At the mediator's discretion, the cancellation/rescheduling fee may be waived.

Payment

Payment for Services and Retainer Agreement—Fees for services include the review of submitted materials, post-session continued mediation work telephonically or electronically, and intrasession review of additional materials if needed. Payment should be made five (5) calendar days before the session. The mediator reserves the right to cancel the session if fees are not timely paid.
